This mazer is based on some simple but beautiful 14th century ones in the Museum of Canterbury, made from straight-grained sycamore with a hallmarked silver rim. |

I have been working with silversmith Owen Waterhouse to produce these reproductions and we also hope to make special burr maple mazers to order with lettering perhaps to commemorate important events.
