Here is a new design that I am really happy with, I turned them on the pole lathe on Friday and carved them yesterday. I enjoyed it so much I am off to the workshop today on a Sunday to make some more just for fun.
The design is inspired by some that I have used at home for 10 years made by a Swedish friend Ola Forsberg but I made them a bit deeper and more globular. I use mine every day for orange juice with breakfast though in Sweden they use them for coffee.
They look great, we have some from Lapland but they have a slightly different handle.
Just beautiful! I like the outer design, smooth and the "chipped" look on the upper portion (and handle).
